This agreement explains the terms and conditions regarding the use of WikiBookia.com services and any other content available on the WikiBookia.com website. This is an agreement between WikiBookia.com hereinafter called WikiBookia and 'you', hereinafter called Member.

WikiBookia does not verify contents of any guest book using our free service. All guest books Members are responsible for everything inside their own guest book. All guest book Members can be held legally accountable for the contents on their guest book; including for example; material protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret law.
You are not allowed to associate your guest book with illegal material such as child pornography, bigotry, racism, hatred, profanity, mail fraud, pyramid schemes, or any material which may be insulting to another person(s) or company, or depicts the exploitation of minors (children under 18 years of age). No spamming allowed, no harassing, threatening or illegal activities.

WikiBookia can remove your guest book without any warning if we find that you do not follow our Term of Service. We would also remove your guest book if we notice that there is no evident of activity for more then 90 days.

WikiBookia does not warrant that its services are error-free or that they will operate without interruption nor does WikiBookia make any warranty with respect to the quality, reliability, timeliness or security of its services. We try to provide 99.9% uptime monthly, we do not guarantee that our services would be available every seconds. As our members, you are supposed to back-up all your files/database. Any network downtime, files corruption and everything that could result in damages to your data are not our responsible.

WikiBookia reserves the right to alter the format/size/amount of advertising contained within the guest books at any time and for any reason.

By creating a guest book at WikiBookia.com you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by all changes made thereafter.

WikiBookia reserves the right to amend or change these Rules and Regulations at any time and without prior notice. If you notice a WikiBookia Member breaking any of the rules, please notify us
